Mykonos villa The house is in the area of moroergo (ftelia bay) and is 2.5 klm from the village of ano mera and 12 klm from the town of mykonos. The house faces the beaches of panormos and agios sostis. The south beaches are at a close proximity, around a 10 minute drive. The house is situated in an 8000 sq. Meter piece of land which is surrounded by a stone fence and it is very quite. There are four separate private apartments and an outdoor pergola with a sitting facility for 12 persons. Next to this pergola we built a swimming pool 14x5.5 meters. There is a sitting area around it for 10 people to dine..... The main apartment is approx. 75sq with a master bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, dinning area and living room. The second apartment is approx. 85sq with one bedroom with a double bed, a living room, dinning area, one bathroom, kitchen and a separate area with two single beds. The third apartment is a large studio approx. 55sq with a double bed and bathroom. The fourth apartment is approx. 40sq with two single beds, one bathroom and a small sitting area. Apartments 1 and 2 have a satellite tv and dvd player. apartments 1, 2 and 3 have hifi stereo. Apartment 1 has a desktop pc and wi-fi. All kitchens are fully equipped with the necessary appliances.(espresso machine , microwave etc.) In the guesthouse 2 there is a small warehouse next to the kitchen where we have a dishwasher and a washing machine. House keeping is available at 60 euros /day.
